The Front Bottoms playing a BV/PopGun holiday show at Shea Stadium w/ Chris Gethard & Tiny Moving Parts (tix on sale)

The Front Bottoms have an upcoming tour which already includes sold out shows happening in NYC on 11/13 at Music Hall of Williamsburg with Manchester Orchestra and O’Brother, and on 12/27 at Bowery Ballroom with HfmO: A Hall and Oates Tribute and The Bynars.

Now, we at BrooklynVegan are proud to announce that we’re teaming up with PopGun to present a holiday show that The Front Bottoms will headline in NYC. It happens at the intimate Shea Stadium on December 28, a day after their bigger show at Bowery Ballroom. The very funny Chris Gethard (who also hosted our Bouncing Souls show) is on the bill, in addition to Minnesota mathy post-hardcore trio Tiny Moving Parts. Tickets for the show go on sale today (10/23) at 10 AM.

The Front Bottoms’ newest album, Talon of the Hawk, came out earlier this year via Bar None. It’s a fun, catchy, and very lyrical album that’s folky, poppy, and punky without really being folk, pop or punk.
